Carolyn Williams is head of thought leadership for the Institute of Risk Management, the leading international educational and training body for the risk management profession. She is responsiblefor communicating the work of the IRM and managing the institute’s involvement in government, commercial and international committees, conferences and technical forums.
She joined IRM in 2006 from Lloyd’s of London, where she was responsible for risk management training and communication. Previously she was secretary to the Lloyd’s Regulatory Board and Market Board and years supporting various Lloyd’s committees.
She is a chartered insurance practitioner and member of the Institute of Risk Management by examination. She is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Qualifications, Examinations and Assessments Committee and also of the Metropolitan Police Covert Operations Ethics Committee.
Mark Greenwood

Mark Greenwood joined the Chartered Insurance Institute in October 2005. From the office in Bahrain, Mark has direct responsibility for all the CII's operations throughout the Middle East and North Africa. He also has overall accountability for the Institutes' development throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has extensive international experience, having worked at senior management level throughout the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East in the wealth management and private banking sector.
Lisa Kelaart Courtney

As a senior member of the MENA regional office of CCL Limited, Lisa Kelaart-Courtney provides proactive compliance solutions to the financial services industry.
Before joining CCL, Lisa was Associate Director of Supervision with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), responsible for banking and insurance entities, intermediaries and managers. She was also involved in creating the DFSA insurance and other industry rules, was its representative to the International Association for Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) and actively contributed to drafting IAIS standards and guidance. Prior to this, Lisa was Director of financial services with Standard & Poor's rating agency, based in the regional SE Asian office. Lisa holds a Masters of Law, MBA (finance and insurance) and post-graduate degrees in business, general insurance and financial services.
Suzanne White
Chartered Insurance Practitioner
Suzanne started her career with top UK insurance companies RSA and Norwich Union, spending more than 10 years in a variety of technical and managerial positions. As a qualified university lecturer, this was followed by seven years in a senior lecturer position at a London University, teaching on insurance and risk management courses and leading an insurance teaching team, as well as undertaking consultancy work for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). She was a member of the university’s Quality Review Team and active in several QAA institutional audits, and is a fellow of the HIgher Education Academy of the UK.
Before founding JWZ, Suzanne's most recent position was at a banking and finance institute in the Gulf , where, in addition to leading the insurance and accounting teaching teams, she was involved in other projects for the institute as a member of the senior management team.

Wayne Jones is a partner with Clyde & Co and has been based in the UAE, in both the firm’s Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, since 2001.
He is a recognised specialist in the GCC region for insurance and reinsurance work and has a broad regional practice advising local and foreign insurance interests on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
In recent years Wayne has been increasingly involved in a wide range of regulatory work for a wide range of established regional players, as well as new start-ups in the UAE, DIFC, QFC and Bahrain. Fetooh Al Zayani

Fetooh Al Zayani’s career spans 30 years of marketing, underwriting and management in the regional and international insurance and re-insurance industry.
Fetooh started her career in 1981 when she joined the Arab Insurance Group (ARIG) in Bahrain. Before she left ARIG, she headed the aviation underwriting division from 1994 to 2002. She joined the Dubai Financial Centre in 2003 where she was responsible for development of the commercial strategy for insurance and reinsurance sector, and was instrumental in enabling the DIFC to win the "Industry Initiative of the Year" Review award for 2005 in its first year of operation.
Fetooh joined the Qatar Financial Centre in 2006 as MD.
Fetooh has won the GIR 2009 "Outstanding Contribution" award for her roles with the QFC, DIFC and regional operators.
